'Accessible' parking bays painted with white lines can't be used by disabled drivers

Oh dear, it looks like there's a bit of a mix-up with some of our local parking bays here in Abergavenny! Apparently, some of the 'accessible' bays have been painted with standard white lines, causing confusion for disabled drivers. We're hoping this gets sorted out quickly for everyone's benefit.
